Public offer contract

This document is an official public proposal (offer) of the FOP Shchus Nadiia Ivanivna to enter into a contract for the purchase and sale of furniture. Placing an order on the website means agreeing to the terms of the offer.

Subject of the contract

The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the furniture (Goods) to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the Goods under the terms of this contract.

Price and payment

The price is indicated on the website in hryvnias. The payment procedure is according to the "Payment" section.

Production and delivery

Terms - according to the "Delivery" section. The product is made to order according to individual specifications.

Warranty

The warranty period for furniture of our own production is 5 years according to the "Warranty" section.

Full terms are agreed upon in a written contract prior to manufacture.
