Exchange and return

Furniture is made individually to order, so the terms of exchange and return are regulated by the contract and the current legislation of Ukraine on the protection of consumer rights.

Good quality product

Furniture made to individual order (size, fabric, configuration) cannot be returned or exchanged as a product of proper quality, except for the cases stipulated by the contract.

The product is of poor quality

If a manufacturing defect is detected, contact the manager. We will repair the defect under warranty or agree to a replacement.
